Since 2022, the Dr. Guislain Museum has organised highly successful international five-day training events aimed at supporting professionals working in or with the cultural heritage sector in developing programs that use cultural heritage for wellbeing activities.

Play and fun is serious business, across all ages. It contributes to mental well-being and not only does it stimulate the creative brain, it also strengthens the group feeling. Museum Dr. Guislain challenges you to defend your (Own) home in an unprecedented battle at a unique location.

Every first Thursday of the month, Ghent’s museums keep their doors open a little longer - and we’re also participating. On Thursday Late you can enjoy our current exhibitions until 10 p.m. (Except in January, July, August and September).

Friday 4.07 – Sunday 6.07.2025

Museum Dr. Guislain & Lucinda Ra present the free festival PSYCHO JAZZ. Why? Because it’s possible. Because the freedom that rages between the walls of the historic building needs an outlet. Because colliding worlds meet in the Guislain Garden: resulting in the birth of a chaotic universe without distinction or hierarchy.
